Simon Page is a Global Medical Affairs Director at Ipsen. In this role, he is responsible for many aspects of medical affairs, including data generation, insight gathering, and scientific communications. His current focus is on cerebral palsy and paediatric spasticity. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a Publications Manager within Ipsen, where he helped the company to achieve a 100% open access publication record whilst spearheading their work on Plain Language Summaries. Simon has a strong history in medical writing, having previously led publications departments within various medical communications agencies and holding several active roles within ISMPP, including within the Ethics Committee and Authorship Taskforce. Simon has a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, where he was also awarded an MSc, MA and BA.
