Calvin Bahr

Calvin Bahr has a master degree in medical engineering and several years of experience in the development and production of transcatheter aortic valves. Now in Medical Affairs, his technical background and product lifecycle knowledge provides additional insights and supplements the team. In his role as clinical project manager at Biotronik, he is responsible for international and multicenter clinical studies of resorbable coronary scaffolds at all stages. Furthermore, Calvin leads the project “Use of Artificial intelligence in Medical Affairs” to discover the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence to improve devices, enhance data analysis, improve implant procedures, and increase cost efficiency. In this project he works together with the Helmholtz Institute in Germany.
